I’ve got Vonage… now what?

Should I be worried? Is it time to switch? Unfortunately, I don’t have much choice when it comes to a business-quality line — Vonage or Verizon POTS.  I’d rather not give my $ to the crappy company known as Verizon… but I may be running out of choices.
