Lauren and Thomas had their 1 year checkup today. Lauren clocked in at 32″ tall and a sizeable 26 lbs 14 oz. Thomas clocked in at 30.5″ tall and a smaller 20 lbs 7 oz. Looks like Thomas has some catching up to do. The got the green light for regular milk (as opposed to formula) which will save mommy and daddy tons of $$. They also got several shots today… and that’s never fun. Waaahh!!!

Happy Birthday to Lauren & Thomas
October 11, 2005It’s hard to believe that 1 year ago, Alice was in an operating room having two babies born by C-Section. It seems like ages ago! Now we have two wonderful, screaming, I-don’t-want-to-sleep, Cheerio eating, not-quite-walking kids who keep us up late at night and are very loud in public places. In fact, it may be a while before we can really go to a restaurant again. What’s weird is that this just started. They had been doing so good… Oh well. I guess it just takes a little while for them to get it out of their system.
Hopefully it won’t be too long.
