It’s been a while since I wrote in the blog, so I figured I’d better give a quick update. Lauren and Thomas are now nearly 1 years old (11.5 months). Lauren is off the charts big. Thomas is “normal” sized. Lauren can stand on her own, although she often lacks the confidence to do so. She’s even taken her first step — but just that one time, and I am the only witness (go figure). Thomas physically can stand on his own, but just hasn’t. It won’t be long before they figure out how to walk!
They both have 8-10 teeth and love screaming, which is a skill they decided to hone on our vacation to Key Biscayne, FL at the beginning of Sept.
Lauren and Thomas can both wave bye-bye, “say” mum-mum and nai-nai, ma-ma and ba-ba. AND, I’ve been teaching them to say “Uh oh”, and they appear to be picking that up pretty quick.
