We took the kids to Charlottesville VA for a day long event — Kristin’s graduation from UVA. The day started at 7am and went until about 11pm. We thought the kids would be cranky and fussy. It turns out they were just the opposite. We really couldn’t have asked for better luck! They were anything but fussy and enjoyed seeing Aunt Kristin in her cap and gown. Someday maybe they’ll get to walk down the lawn too.

One… Two… Whew!
May 2, 2005Just got back from Detroit where we were attending my grandpa’s funeral… very sad. 
However, it was also a notable event in the life of the twins — their first airplane ride. We were nervous! But, they did GREAT! If we could only guarantee that they would be that good on all future airplane rides… I guess we’ll find out in the not too distant future.
Another note of interest is that we are now able to see Lauren’s first two teeth poking their way out of the gums. I suspect it won’t be long before Thomas follows suit.
